LIR Evolution is a non-profit, non-governmental development, consulting and research agency with office in Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is qualified to work on different aspects of sustainable development including economic and rural development, environmental protection, energy efficiency, renewable energy sources and waste management.

LIR Evolution has extensive experience in identification, design and implementation of integrated and development projects funded by European Union and other various financiers. LIR is member of networks: E-CRIS.RS, CORDIS, Citizens for Europe and ECRAN ECF.

LIR Evolution’s employees and associates have an extensive experiance in business development, rural and agribusiness development, energy efficiency, waste management, enviromental protection and IT.

Mission of LIR Evolution is to implement and coordinate development projects and to offer consulting services for the achievement of the sustainable development based on a balance between economic efficiency and energy efficiency with positive impact to the environment.

Vision of LIR Evolution as development agency is to provide the best instrument that citizens, businesses, business association, non-governmental and governmental organizations can utilize for the improvement of economic and social environment.
