Italian tourism increases: +11 per cent. The push arrives from web booking.

According a research promoted from Politecnico Institute of Milan and the website, Italian tourism market is growing, above all thanks to digital that in 2015 is grown of 11%compared to the last year.

More and more people use online channels before, during and after a travel. Among online activities linked to travels, 74% of people that surf the web is searching for an idea, 88% is looking for information, 82% make a reservation before the travel, and 44% make reservations during the trip. Accommodations are the most researched (by 77% of people), then holiday resort (53%), activities (47%), transports (35%) and only 1% make web research about restaurants.
